LAUMA SFH

Lauma SFH is a sports massage and fitness practice based at Zone Fitness in Bellville, Cape Town. It works with social and professional athletes, people who exercise regularly and those under heavy work pressure, combining fitness training, sports massage, recovery and pain relief treatment with an emphasis on health education. Services include cupping therapy, running education, corporate massage, electric muscle stimulation, compression boots, and strapping and taping. The founder, sports scientist Laurens Maswanganyi, holds an Honours degree in Biokinetics and a Sports Massage Diploma, and has over five years of experience working with clients of all ages, including the elderly, children and people with disabilities.
