Elite Chiropractic Stellenbosch

Elite Chiropractic is a chiropractic practice run by Dr Brett Allison, on the second floor of Eikestad Mall at 43 Andringa Street in Stellenbosch Central, opposite Virgin Active. The practice describes its approach as evidence-based, covering the assessment, diagnosis, treatment and prevention of mechanical problems with muscles, joints and the spine. Sports injuries, high-performance athletes, and postural pain and tension linked to headaches are areas of particular interest. A 30-minute consultation includes assessment and treatment, which may involve spinal adjustments, physical therapies, soft tissue massage, dry needling or shockwave therapy. Patients can also be given rehabilitative and preventive stretching and exercise programmes.
