Aldersladephysiotherapy
About
Alderslade Physiotherapy is a physiotherapy practice in the Ceciliasquare Office Building on New Eskdale Street, Green Pastures, Paarl, with further practices at Val de Vie, Franschhoek and Worcester. The team describes its approach as evidence-based and holistic, looking for the root cause of pain and tailoring treatment to each patient, using hands-on therapy, exercise programmes and electrotherapy.
Areas it works with include soft tissue and sports injuries, back and neck pain (with a special interest in scoliosis), rehabilitation after spinal surgery and joint replacements, work-related posture problems, jaw (TMJ) disorders, balance and vestibular issues, and conditions in older patients. The practice has a dedicated rehabilitation gym and also helps with fitness training.
