Metatron Massage
About
Metatron Massage, run by Leonard van der Merwe, offers Swedish massage, cupping and hot stone massage from a home-based studio at 28 Bornick Rd in Morningside, Durban. Swedish sessions focus on long, flowing strokes for stress relief and recovery, cupping is aimed at easing tension in the fascia and supporting circulation, and hot stone sessions use heated basalt stones to warm the muscles.
Each session starts with a short conversation so the work can be shaped to the individual, and the practice suits runners, desk workers and anyone carrying tension in their shoulders. Weekday evening and weekend daytime appointments are available.
