Bio MechaniX in Green Point works from inside Oxygen Functional Fitness Gym at 1 Moreland Terrace, and is the second branch of a Cape Town practice of exercise specialists and registered biokineticists. Its focus is injury and sports rehabilitation, taking a holistic approach that analyses how the body moves and strengthens the injured area during recovery.
Services include sports and deep tissue massage, biokinetics, strength and conditioning, and corporate wellness. The team also does Discovery Vitality fitness assessments. It works with both recreational sportspeople and professional athletes, and builds a programme around each client's needs.
