Its approach blends ancient and modern techniques, with signature experiences that include touch and sound work using vibrational sound. Mindfulness journeys begin in a Turkish steam room before moving on to massage, and couples' options are available. For hands and feet, the daily essentials cover exfoliation, a mask, massage and a nail lacquer finish. Skincare treatments run 75 or 90 minutes and include a hand, arm and scalp massage. It has a sister spa at the V&A Waterfront.
