But today I did a full body scrub, it was the honey and avocado mix, it was so relaxing and Yaya applied it so well, I actually fell asleep. I then went for a shower where my muscles were so relaxed, I then had a 90min hot oil full body massage and it was perfect to even relax my muscles more and my baby soft skin from the scrub! Wow is an understatement. Yaya then completed my 3 hour luxury treatment with reflexology with my feet and my headache and coccyx pain was relieved. My sciatica eased up.
