Garden Wisdom is a natural healing practice on Hughenden Street in Hout Bay, Cape Town, with a focus on women's abdominal and womb health. Its offerings include Abdominal Therapy as taught by Dr Rosita Arvigo, womb and fertility massage, Chi Nei Tsang abdominal detox massage, Karsai Nei Tsang, herbal guidance and in-house yoni (perineum herbal) steaming.
Spiritual baths and steams, conception and initiation rituals, mindfulness and spiritual support are also available, along with conception preparation for both partners. The practice describes its approach as holistic, considering body, mind and spirit together, and its manual therapies aim to encourage the womb into an optimal position. Sessions start with a consultation.
