Based in Meyersdal Nature Estate on Orchid Street in Alberton, PREMI combines sports massage with personal training. Massage options include sports massage aimed at easing muscle tension and supporting recovery, as well as foot massage, pre- and post-event work, pregnancy massage and reformer-based rehab for teens with lower back pain.
